SECTION 20 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At Bristol Rose, we want you to be completely satisfied with every order.
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received and returned in their original packaging.
Items showing signs of wear, use or damage beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them may not be accepted.
We do not charge restocking fees.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@bristolrose.uk with your order number, and our team will guide you through the return process.
The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service so that you can follow your parcel until it reaches us.
If you would prefer a different size or item, please let us know when contacting us and we will assist with an exchange, subject to availability.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photograph of the issue so that we can resolve it.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.
