At Bristol Rose, we want the excitement of choosing a new look to continue right through to delivery. Every order is shipped free of charge within the United Kingdom, so there are no additional delivery fees to pay at checkout.
At present, we only deliver within the United Kingdom. Every order is carefully prepared before it leaves us.
Here is an overview of our usual delivery times:
- Order processing: Usually 1 to 2 working days before dispatch
- Delivery time: Usually 3 to 7 working days after dispatch
- Estimated total delivery time: Most orders arrive within 4 to 9 working days
- Daily cut-off time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM UK time, Monday to Saturday, will normally begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next working day
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your parcel throughout its journey.
We always aim to meet our estimated delivery times. However, occasional delays may occur during particularly busy periods or as a result of weather conditions, courier delays or other circumstances outside our control. If we become aware of any significant issue affecting your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.
